The views from the hotel were amazing and peaceful! The staff went above and beyond with our needs and was very thoughtful. There are activities to participate and cute pets to play with. Super close to the national park (5mins away).

We had a very good and memorable experience here! The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me plan a marriage proposal in their facilities. This place was perfectly romantic with the view of the mountains and the tranquility of the area. We used their bubble bath (very relaxing) and really enjoyed our room with view of the mountains. We had more tea than we could’ve hoped for from their amazing and super kind tea master. We also used their shuttle service to the national park entrance and got ideas for an itinerary, that was very convenient. Oh, and our room had floor heating which was very comfortable and nice. Definitely coming back and recommend it, either as a base to come back to after seeing Zhangjiajie’s marvels or even just to stay in the hotel and enjoy the peace of the mountains!

The perfect place to stay while visiting Zhangjiajie national park. The resort is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by rice fields. It's a mix of village life with modern comfort. However, the thing that really makes this place so exceptional is the level of service. Rain, our contact person in the resort, was so great. He contacted us in advance to make sure that we will have everything we need. While in the resort he created for us a WeChat support group in which all the relevant personnel could attend to every need that we may have. Rain helped us to plan our visit in the park and assist us with the tickets purchase. The Park can be confusing even for experienced tourists, but Rain assistance made the visit so much easier. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit it again.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. there was a real family feel. Rain was such an awesome host! He was very helpful in arranging our trips into the national Forest. Then he set up the hot tub each evening for us to enjoy the awesome views with our kids. The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed having a fire cute fire place to snuggle up as a family. The food was great and they were very accommodating for our picky eaters 😀. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the room overlooking the infinity pool with absolutely stunning views. Liked the room, too, unique with 5 star comforts and any requests, just a WeChat message away. Were there for a Saturday night barbecue that was decently tasty. Splashed around in the pool drinking wine after the meal and had a lovely evening.

The staff were all incredibly pleasant and Frankie was amazing. The views from all over the hotel grounds are incredible. The room that we booked was superb and the sunsets from the balcony were well worth the price. The pool is of course the talk of the town and for good reason. The food in the Chinese restaurant was also remarkable.
